Blogger Template Editor and Free Web Design Tools

So I decided to post about some html editors, best yet free. There are so many out there but why not take a look below, I hope it will save your time and money.

Blogger templates have .xml file type and blogger has built in template editor. If you want to use external source of your java scripts and css files then you need an offline html or xml editor. Xml files are so portable and handy; even you can open it by using a simple notepad. But simple windows notepad doesn’t have advanced options. I will rank it at the top of my list, because it has so many awesome features in free version. You can buy the premium version of this application but if you don’t want, you can stick with the free version.
